Lviv and the Swedish city of Uppsala have officially signed a partnership agreement, marking another important step in advancing international cooperation between Ukrainian hromadas.

The event was organised by the All-Ukrainian Association of United Territorial Communities with the support of the Swedish-Ukrainian Polaris Programme.

The briefs contain detailed calculations for each territorial hromada and provide an opportunity to analyse the efficiency of the existing educational network, plan its optimisation, make informed management decisions, and enhance the quality of financial resource management.

Effective management of territorial hromadas’ development is impossible without a thorough analysis of their financial potential. Assessing a hromada’s capacity means understanding its real capabilities. We present a tool that makes this process accessible and visually clear.
