The Programme's crisis support addresses hromadas' urgent needs and combines material assistance with expert and mentoring support. It covers a broad range of areas — from the accessibility of administrative services and the development of mobile services to the integration of veterans' perspectives into hromadas' work and the strengthening of capacity for locally led recovery. Hromadas receive this support through open calls, which the Programme always announces in advance on the website.
