Goal and Expected Outcome: To provide training participants with relevant knowledge regarding tools for enhancing communication and information levels with residents, as well as creating quality visual content using mobile solutions.

- Approaches to writing content for various platforms
- Accessible solutions for improving electronic communication in the hromada
- AI tools to assist in communication with residents
- Mobile photography and videography, along with apps for content editing and production.
Who Can Participate: Public information and communications specialists working within local self-government bodies of hromadas in the Chernihiv region.
Training Dates: October 24–25, 2024. Format: In-person, Chernihiv city.

Confirmation of registration, along with the programme and event location, will be sent to the email address provided in the application. Up to two participants per hromada will be provided with accommodation (one night), meals, and handouts. Travel expenses will be reimbursed upon presentation of tickets (bus or train, up to second-class Intercity or coupe).
