The Polaris Programme invites ASC managers who want to develop their professional competencies to attend training and exchange of experience within the ASC's Management Platform. ASC leaders will receive practical, skill-based training in change management, team-building, time management, and personal effectiveness. Participants will also learn about tools and technologies to enhance ASC operations and service quality. Additionally, they will engage in discussions on other important topics related to ASC management, building a collaborative environment to address shared challenges during wartime.
The platform offers an online format, including participation in training sessions, webinars, and meetings, as well as work on an individual project as part of the "Laboratory of Changes". Participants will also have access to consultations with trainers and Programme experts. A final meeting is tentatively planned to be held offline (with a final decision closer to the event date).
Training Duration: 2 months, from October 24 to December 13, 2024. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate.

Training Course "Effective ASC Leadership":
- The modern ASC and its leader
- A day in the life of an ASC leader: personal effectiveness during wartime
- The ASC team: maintaining efficiency
- Change management: the path to success in unpredictable conditions
- "Laboratory of Changes": implementing innovations in your ASC.
Webinars and Meetings:
- How to improve ASC communication: tools for information and feedback
- Success stories: experience exchange meeting
- Preventing emotional and professional burnout.

Who can participate?
Heads of operational ASCs. The group will consist of up to 30 participants. In case of a higher number of applications, the programme reserves the right to select participants based on the following criteria:
- Relevant experience;
- Motivation of the applicant;
- Gender balance;
- Representation of urban, village, and rural ASCs;
- Geographic diversity of the participants.
Mandatory participation requirement: A certificate of completion of the online courses “Skills of a Modern ASC Specialist” and/or “How to Create a Modern ASC” available on the "Diia. Center Platform". The certificate must be uploaded in the appropriate field of the registration form.

Applications are accepted until 18:00, October 14, 2024, at the following link. Please upload the community head's appointment order designating you as the head of the ASC in the registration form, and briefly describe your motivation to participate.
We will notify all applicants of the results by October 21. The training starts on October 24.
