The report, based on a self-assessment conducted using the e-service ASC Development Roadmap, presents the current state of affairs across 47 ASCs in Zhytomyr Oblast and 65 ASCs in Cherkasy Oblast. It also outlines the overall development potential (needs and opportunities) for ASCs in the respective regions according to relevant criteria.
