The report analyses the results of a survey of ASC staff regarding their current training needs. The survey involved 287 respondents from 23 oblasts of Ukraine and the city of Kyiv. The findings provide an analytical basis for the further development of the ASC staff training system, taking into account real working conditions and current challenges.
