We advocate for European values, international standards and best practices of multilevel governance.
How We Act
We provide Parliamentary committee(s) with insights and knowledge particularly as it relates to issues of legislative processes, multi-level, multi-sectoral and multi-stakeholder dialogue, transparency, accountability and gender responsiveness. We expose committee(s) to European (esp. Swedish/Nordic) experiences of political, administrative and fiscal decentralisation.
Key Priorities
We accumulate and share knowledge and practices for the benefit of multi-disciplinary teams in all areas of Polaris Programme interventions to ensure synergies and effective advocacy.
